Pigeon Valley and Souvenirs
Located between Uçhisar and Göreme, Pigeon Valley takes its name from the thousands of pigeon nests carved into the rocks. After observing the pigeons, which the local people have used as fertilizer in agriculture for centuries, and the unique valley landscape, we stop at workshops where local stones (onyx) are carved and souvenir shops at the end of the tour.
